Our fragrances are carefully created using a blend of essential oils, safe synthetics, and denatured perfumer's alcohol.

Yes! Our perfumes are free from parabens, phthalates, and are prop-65 compliant, as well.
Yes — all of our perfumes are proudly crafted in accordance with vegan principles and contain no animal-derived ingredients. Every fragrance is designed with care and compassion, so you can feel as good wearing it as it smells.
Return Policy
We completely understand that finding your perfect scent takes time — and we want you to feel confident in your choice! We always recommend starting with our Discovery Set or Choose-5-Bundle to make sure you’ve found the scent that truly feels like you before purchasing a full-size bottle.
We gladly accept returns on any unopened, unsprayed fragrance bottles or travel sprays within 14 days of your order date. Simply follow the steps below to start your return and receive your free return label. Once a fragrance has been sprayed, it’s no longer eligible for a refund.
If your product has been opened or used, it can’t be refunded to your original payment method — but don’t worry! You can still return it within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. Please note that Pretty Bow isn’t able to cover return shipping for used items, so this will need to be paid by the customer.

Once you’ve mailed your product, send us an email with your tracking number so we can start processing your gift card or exchange. Please note that exchanged items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged again.
Our Discovery Sets and the Choose-Five-Bundle are final sale and not eligible for return.
To start a return, just send us a note at info@prettybowperfumes.com
with your order number, and we’ll help get the process started if your item is eligible.
Please note that shipping and handling charges from your original order aren’t refundable, since those costs go directly to the carrier to get your fragrance safely to you. However, we’re happy to cover the cost of sending your return back — you’ll receive a free return label from us once your return is approved.
Upon receipt of your returned product, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (or as store credit if your return falls outside the refund window). Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after that email is sent. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
